Daniel J. Stordahl RPA, CSI, is a licensed commercial real estate Managing Broker in Washington state and has earned the professional designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) awarded by the Building Owners and Managers Institute International. Daniel has been involved in the construction and real estate industry for more than forty-seven years 
and for over three generations the Stordahl name has been synonymous with quality craftsmanship in the commercial construction trades throughout Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.

Daniel also holds licenses as a Telecommunications Administrator (AD09) and a Certified Electrician (EL01) from the state of Washington. He is a member of the AGC (Associated General Contractors of Washington), CSI (Construction Specification Institute- Puget Sound Chapter), ASTM (International Society of Testing and Materials), IAEI (International Association of Electrical Inspectors), holds the grade of “Member” with ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc.), and the Commercial Brokers Association of Washington.
On the property management side of PSRA, his experienced staff and vendors provide a complete line of construction services for the commercial properties and their owners, including construction maintenance and repair, office tenant improvements, renovations and construction management for larger projects.
